History: Gerard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. He carries with him a set of halberds on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: William was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
