Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
