Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: An older man who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He has amber eyes and a violet hat with a green feather.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and money/treasure

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born in the south to a Barber, Godfrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was a Detective, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family

Description: This eastern man wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His head has been shaved. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gerald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Baker mother left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
