Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Mayor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
