History: Born in the north to a Carter, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Carter soon after.

After coming to the age of reason, Geoffrey took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second son.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.
