Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up work as a Barber and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
