Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heward will drive conversation. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
