History: Simon was born with his mother's beautiful face. Simon was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shipwright. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Percival hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
