History: He was born in the north. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. History: He was raised in a desert tribe. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
