History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a yellow suit, black shirt, and blue tie. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Conrad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
