History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. He has moderate length black hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
