Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. His white hair is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Carter mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
