History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Charles was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
