History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
