Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Norman's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Server arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Server. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Server.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A middle-aged man, he sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Gifted from a young age, Geoffrey studied abroad. Geoffrey was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Slave Trader. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His ears are large.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is brown and very short. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He works hard and plays hard.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Apothecary father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. His hair is red and curly. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gilbert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his religion dominates his actions
