When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Guy was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Stylist business at a young age. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to be a painter again
