History: He was born in the north. When William reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His ears are large.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second daughter.
