When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Hubert's homeland. Hubert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Seamstress job and began his own company from there.
