Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to clean up the streets

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and further expansion of business
