History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Don hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Weaver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
