Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
