History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Kody has worked very hard to control his curse. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
