Description: He wears long strands of jet and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Lance was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He stands about 6'5" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.
