History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
