His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to be a guard again

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Peter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
