History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.
