Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and retire the richest man in the east

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and balancing his hectic life and new bounty hunter responsibilities is difficult
