History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Percival was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
