Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barkeep. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Guy was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He has a missing left leg. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His hair is auburn and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born in the north to a Spice Merchant, Thomas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Thomas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thomas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
