This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Interpreter soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
