Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
