His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is white and very short. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Theodoric speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. He became a Painter soon after.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Drogo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a dyer again
