Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
