Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'7" and is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His black hair is cut short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a whip on his belt, and carries whips. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Roland liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This late middle aged man wears light armors faded through time and improper care and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is lengthy. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Trey was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
