History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He now mingles about in high society.
