Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.
