History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Shane was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shane decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
