History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Lance was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bowyer. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
