Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Henry was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Henry decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a blue shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is still thick. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Frederick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Frederick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. During his travels, Frederick and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Frederick discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Frederick fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and money/treasure

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a black costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Reynard was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Jocelyn's homeland. Jocelyn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
