Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Alex speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gomory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.
