Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
