Description: This younger middle-aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He is baby faced.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Doctor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his ceremonial dagger with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a very tight haircut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his golden hair up. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
