History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
