His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Frederick was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theobald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.
