Description: This younger middle-aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Dean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants to get laid

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are blue.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Being a Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 7. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
