Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
