History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
