Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Adelard was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stylist. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has wavy chestnut hair. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Cory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town.
