History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Beggar. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
