Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He uses divination through singing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, marred by teas. He wears his black hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
